This short series hosted by Head of People, Suzie Ruffley, and Foresight’s leadership coach, Dr Alex Morris, will focus on some of the theories around wellbeing and discusses practical advice on how to actually be well, in the context of the workplace and the Covid-19 pandemic.
Our latest episode explores sleep. Sleep has a powerful and transformative impact on nearly every area of our life: from our mental wellbeing to our ability to perform in the workplace and on our physical fitness. However, a culture of being busy has evolved in many societies, and sleep is often neglected.
